DRW Property Services undertook a Schedule of Condition on behalf of Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service. The report simply documented the condition of the premises inside and out. The purpose of the report was to capture the true condition of the premises before Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service took over the premises following a PFI agreement.
